One thing. If it’s really hard to know if a girl likes you, but her reactions towards you is looking at you couple of times whenever your around, does that mean she likes you? And if she keeps looking away whenever i look at her.. what is this sign? Does she like me? Think im wierd?

The honest truth is that no one knows. The only way to find out if she likes you is to go up to her and start a conversation. I’m not talking about going up to her and asking her, “Do you like me?” or “How about a date?”.
No, you need to go up to her and introduce yourself. Get to know her and let her get to know you. By doing that, you’ll be able to tell if she like you or not.

Michael’s right on here. After you introduce yourself, try a few open-ended questions based on where you keep seeing her. Couple that with a slow, deliberate voice and you’ll be surprised how interesting you sound right away.
You should only use the “I saw you staring at me” line if you are only interested in scaring a girl away instantly. That little tidbit may or may not be from past personal experience…
